Bisteca Palamia

1 10 ounce sirloin, tenderized
1/2 tsp saute' dust
1/4 tsp coarse black pepper
1/2 tsp grill dust
2 TB olive oil
1 TB vegetable oil
1 cup white and red cabbage, shredded
1 onion, shredded

Mix the saute' dust, pepper and grill dust together and rub into the meat. Saute' the steak in 1 TB olive oil and 1/2 tsp vegetable oil. Saute' to medium rare or medium. Salt and pepper to taste at the end of the cooking time.

In a bowl, place the cabbages and onions with the remainder of the oils. Salt and pepper to taste then toss. Serve over the cooked steak.
