Ingredients
10 sea scallops sauteed approximately 4 - 6 minutes in the following ingredients
2 TB butter
2 tsp chopped garlic
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 tsp oregano

*DO NOT OVERCOOK THE SCALLOPS*

De glaze the pan with 1/4 cup white wine. Add 1/2 cup heavy cream and reduce to 1/3, until the sauce is velvety.
