Steak in Phyllo Wrap

7 oz. sliced prime meat
1/2 cup portabella mushrooms
1/2 cup diced Roma tomatoes
1 tsp saute dust
1 tsp garlic
salt & pepper (to taste)
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tbs butter
4 sheets phyllo dough

Saute all ingredients in butter for 3-5 minutes until tender. Butter each sheet of phyllo dough with a brush, then roll mixture in phyllo dough. Bake at 375 to 400 degrees until phyllo dough is golden brown (approximately 3-4 minutes.)
