Artichoke and Smoker Jarlsburg Dip

Ingredients:
1/2 cup artichoke hearts
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 cup smoked Jarlsburg
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 tsp saute' dust
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Preparation:
In a bowl, blend all ingredients well. Place in a baking dish 2 inches thick. Bake at 375 degrees for 7-10 minutes and serve with fried bowtie pasta.

For fried pasta, boil pasta first. Then deep-fry to a crispy crunch in peanut oil.
