Roasted Pork Chop with White Bean Rosemary Demi Glace

Ingredients:
one 12 oz. pork chop with bone
1/2 tsp saute dust
1/2 tsp grill dust
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbs butter

Sauce Ingredients:
1/4 cup white beans (cooked)
1/2 tsp rosemary leaves
1/2 cup beef stock
1/4 cup red wine
salt & pepper to taste
1 tbs butter

Preparation for Pork chop:
Sear pork chop in pan, then place in oven on 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or on desired temperature.

Preparation for Sauce:
In saute pan, butter, cooked beans and rosemary leaves for two minutes. Add beef stock. Reduce 10%. Then add wine, salt and pepper, reduce 20%. Serve together.
