Lemon Caper Swordfish

Ingredients:
one 7 oz swordfish
1 tbs butter
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs capers
1 tsp saute dust
1 tsp chopped shallots
1/4 white wine
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Preparation:
In a pan, saute swordfish in butter and shallots. Saute until medium rare. Add lemon juice and wine to de-glaze with remainder of spices. Add heavy whipping cream and reduce 20% into a velvety sauce. Throw in capers just before serving.
