French Pastry Puff Stuffed with Mushrooms

Ingredients:
one 6 x 6 French pastry sheet
1 cup shitake or portabella mushrooms (or wild mushrooms)
1 tbs butter
1 tbs montrachet
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp saute dust
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp shallots

Preparation:
Saute mushrooms in butter with all the spices, then cool down. Place mixture inside a 7 x 7 pastry sheet (already stretched.) Place montrachet cheese on top of mushrooms and close pastry in any style desired.
