Ingredients: 3 sheets phyllo dough 12 oz cooked spinach 8 oz ricotta cheese 4 oz Parmesan cheese 4 oz shredded mozzarella 2 tsp oregano 2 tsp saute dust 1 egg salt & pepper to taste 1 tbs butter 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Preparation: Saute spinach in butter and cool after wilted. In a bowl, mix well all ingredients except phyllo dough. With a brush, butter each sheet of dough. Place mixture on dough evenly. Roll into a log and bake 8-12 minutes on 325 degrees. Let set 5-10 minutes after baking. Cut into 1 inch slices in an angle.
