Ingredients 6 oz. cut Filet Mignon 3 oz. baby shrimp or diced large shrimp 2 oz. Asiago cheese 1/4 cup red wine 1 tsp butter 1 tsp saute' dust 1/2 tsp grill dust salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Rub 1/2 tsp saute' dust and grill dust on filet. Grill or pan saute' filet to medium rare or medium.
Shrimp Fromage Sauce: In a pan, melt butter, add shrimp and all seasonings. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add red wine and reduce, then add heavy cream and cheese. Reduced to a heavy sauce. Pour sauce on top or under filet.
