Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Apples

Ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin
1 tsp saute dust
1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
1/2 tsp grill dust
1 red delicious apple
1/2 to 1 tsp ginger
2 tbs butter
3 tbs dark brown sugar
1/2 think sliced red onion
1/4 cup white wine
salt to taste
1/2 cup seedless grapes

Preparation:
Rub saute dust, black pepper and grill dust on pork tenderloin. Roast in oven at 350 degrees to desired temperature. Suggest no more than medium.

For ginger apples: In a pan, 1 tbs butter, sliced red apple, 2 tbs brown sugar and all ginger and saute together.

For caramelized onions and grapes: In a pan, saute onions in butter until translucent. Add desired amount of brown sugar. Add grapes and 1/4 cup white wine and reduce.
