Asian Porterhouse, Chef Jock's Style

1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup sliced mango
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs honey
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp saute dust
salt and pepper to taste
any size porterhouse steak
1/2 cup sliced shitake mushrooms
1 tbs butter
rice (to eat with steak)

In a bowl, blend all ingredients (except steak). In a saute pan, start to saute steak in butter only. Every 30-45 seconds, add mixture to steak. The timeframe is approximately 7 minutes, until mixture is gone and caramelized on meat. Total dish should take 9-12 minutes. Serve with any rice.
