Shrimp Napoleon la Crema

2 sheets phyllo dough
6 shrimp or cut large shrimp
1 1/2 Tbs butter
3 3/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp basil
1 tsp basil
1 tsp saute' dust
1/2 tsp grill dust
1/2 chopped (or julienne) red bell pepper
1/4 cup white wine

Cut phyllo sheets in 2"x2" squares. Stack 3 sheets into one layer. Use 4-5 layers per serving. Brown layers in 1/2 Tbs butter and set aside.

In a pan, add remaining ingredients except heavy cream and wine. Saute' ingredients together for about 3 minutes.

Deglaze pan with wine, then add heavy cream and reduce.

Place a layer of phyllo on a plate and add some shrimp mixture. Repeat 3 to 4 times for one serving.

Serves 2.
