Ingredients:
1 plum (diced)
1 apple (sliced)
3 sheets of phyllo dough
4 tbs butter
2 tbs dark brown
1/4 cup hazlenut liqueur
1/4 cup apple juice
1 tbs granulated sugar
1 tsp flour
1/2 cup grape juice
Preparation:
Apple Mixture: Saute' sliced apple in 1 tbs butter. Combine 2 tbs dark brown sugar, 1/4 cup hazelnut liqueur, 1/4 cup apple juice and add to saute'd apple. Reduce to velvety sauce.
Plum Sauce: Saute' diced plum in 1 tbs butter. Combine 1 tbs granulated sugar, 1 tsp flour and 1/2 cup grape juice. Blend into saute'd plum.
Cut phyllo dough into 2 inch squares. Brown them in a small amount of butter in skillet. Alternate phyllo dough layers with apple mixture. Pour plum sauce around phyllo layers.
