Ingredients: 2 - 3/4 inch to 1/2 inch pork chops 1 cup cornbread crumbs 1/2 cup diced apples 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 2 tbsp butter 1 tsp saute' dust 1 tsp dark brown sugar Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup white wine 1/4 cup Jack Daniels 1/4 cup honey
Pork Chop Preparation: Saute' apples and walnuts in butter with brown sugar, add cornbread and mix together. Rub saute' dust, salt and pepper on pork chops. Then stuff with mixture. Place 1 tsp butter on the top of each pork chop. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-18 minutes.
Sauce Preparation: De-glaze baking dish with white wine. Pour into a small saucepan with 1 tbsp of butter, honey and Jack Daniels. Blend and simmer to a smooth sauce. Serve with pork chops.
