Ingredients: 1 whole chicken (boiled with skin) 5 quarts water (enough to cover chicken) 2 tbs vegetable oil 1 cup chopped red onions 1 lb cut baby carrots 1 lb corn 1 lb peas 1 lb cut green beans 2 tbs saute' dust Salt and pepper to taste 1 package no yolk noodles
Preparation: Cook chicken for approximately 1 hour or until tender. Remove from broth, de-bone and skin chicken and cut into chunks. Heat 2 tbs vegetable oil in saute' pan. Saute' onions, carrots, corn, peas and green beans. Vegetables should be al dente. Place vegetables and chicken into chicken stock, add 2 tbs saute' dust and salt and pepper. Stir and simmer covered for approximately 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Add 1 package of no yolk noodles and let simmer 10 minutes. Turn off heat and let set for 1/2 hour before serving.
