Ms. Hinchey teaches fourth grade at Mount Olive Elementary.

She was selected from an entry submitted by a fellow teacher at her school.

She has served her community for over thirty years. Her skills have only gotten stronger with time. As evidence, you could ask struggling students, new teachers she has mentored, or check the TVAAS scores. Her students also perform well on TCAP, even above the state average. Mrs. Hinchey is consistent, patient, knowledgeable, and loving. She still cares deeply about her students on an individual basis. Nothing more could be asked.
