Ingredients:
1/2 red bell pepper-finely chopped
1/2 green bell pepper-finely chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper-finely chopped
2 cups shitake mushrooms-chopped
2 cups fresh spinach
1 tsp saute' dust
1 tsp grill dust
8oz cream cheese-softened
4oz sour cream
1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Steam and saute' shitake mushrooms and spinach in 2 tbs water until spinach is wilted. Let cool. When cool, blend all ingredients together. Serve on any cracker or toastette.
