Preparation: Cut bananas in two. Mix butter 3-4 minutes on high speed until butter starts getting fluffy and pale. Add powdered sugar and flavoring. Whip an additional 4-5 minutes until fluffy. Whip egg whites and granulated sugar into stiff meringue. Spread or pipe meringue on bananas. Carmalize. Place butter and banana mixture on decorative plate and add two Tbls. of favorite flavoring or liquor on plate.
