Grilled Halibut with Shrimp Sauce

1 - 7 to 8 oz piece of halibut
2 oz baby shrimp or large shrimp
2 tbs butter - divided
1 1/2 tsp saute'dust 
1/2 tsp grill dust 
1 tsp chopped shallots
1/2 tsp coarse black pepper
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup white wine
Salt and pepper to taste

Rub halibut with 1/2 tsp saute' dust, 1 tbs butter and salt (to taste).  Grill to desired temperature.
Saute' shrimp in 1 tbs butter with shallots, grill dust, remaining saute' dust and then add parsley, salt and pepper to taste.  Add wine and reduce liquid, then add heavy cream.  Reduce quickly to a velvety sauce.  Serve with halibut.
