Talapia Fried Diavilo

1 - 6 to 8 oz piece of talapia or cherry snapper
1/3 red bell pepper-julienne cut
1/3 yellow bell pepper-julienne cut
1/3 green bell pepper-julienne cut
1/3 sliced red onion
1 tsp fresh chopped garlic
1 tsp saute' dust 
1 tsp grill dust 
1 tbs olive oil
2 tbs chili oil
1 chili pepper
1 tsp coarse black pepper
1/4 to 1/2 cup white wine

Saute' veggies in 1 tbs olive oil for 2-4 minutes.  Add fish and remaining seasonings.  Add chili oil and saute' fish for no longer than 5 minutes.  Add white wine and reduce.  Serve fish with veggies on top.  If desired, add salt and pepper to taste.
