Mediterranean Seafood Salad

Ingredients:
8 oz sea or bay scallops
8 oz fresh real crab meat
8 oz fresh shrimp
8 oz sliced calamari (steamed or fried)
1 yellow bell pepper-medium diced
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup fresh chopped basil
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbs chopped garlic
1 tbs saute' dust 
1/4 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Steam saute' all seafood in 1/4 cup water and 1 tbs olive oil for 3-4 minutes.  Let cool.  When it is cooled, blend all ingredients in a bowl.  Let set for 1/2 hour before serving.
