2 injured in Jefferson County hang glider crash


NEW MARKET (WATE) -- Jefferson County officials are investigating a hang gliding accident injured two people in New Market Saturday. 

Deputies say they found a crashed motorized hang glider on Kearney Road around 5:00 p.m. with two people in it. 

One person was flown to UT Medical Center by Lifestar. 

The other person was taken to an area hospital by ambulance. 

The victims' names and conditions haven't been released.
