CRAB ORCHARD (WATE) -- Four suspects are in custody in a Crab Orchard home invasion last week that left two men dead.

Cody Cofer, 22, of Roane County, was arrested without incident in Roane County Monday evening. He's being held for a bond hearing on two counts of felony murder and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery.

Two other men and a woman were already charged in the home invasion that killed two men.

Cumberland County deputies arrested Joshua Hutson, 22, of Oak Ridge, on November 7.

Knoxville police caught up with Alexander Carino, 23, of Knoxville, and Amanda Spence, 23, of Crossville, the night of November 8.

Hutson, Carino and Spence are charged with two counts of felony murder. They're being held in jail without bond. They're scheduled for a hearing on December 4.

They're suspected in the shootings at a home on Highway 70 November 7. The two victims were Albert Keith Patton, 49, and Robert Asher, 62.

Aaron Patton is Keith Patton's nephew. "This is just a huge loss to the community. We have lost two great people."

Patton says his uncle Keith was more like a father figure to him. "When my dad wasn't around, Keith was always there for me. He had a huge influence in my life."

Patton and Asher loved to ride horses and were self-proclaimed cowboys.

Asher was taken to Cumberland Medical Center where he died. Patton was flown to UT Medical Center in Knoxville where he died.
