To apply for financing go follow these steps to find out how much you can get approved for!:

3. On the left side of the screen click "Apply online"

5. Fill in application and submit

Patient Financing Services (PFS)

This option offers a loan or line of credit to fit budgets that may not accommodate pre-payment options. This plan allows for monthly payments following treatment or surgery. Apply by calling toll-free 1-888-737-3679 or at http://apply.p-f-s.com/loans.
