The "Vitality Health" Evaluation - First Visit:

Our HRC team will perform a lifestyle and diet assessment to help identify all health related factors such as poor sleep habits, external stressors, inadequate exercise and food issues, including a comprehensive blood test. We will also conduct a one-on-one Hormonal Health Evaluation to discuss your quality of life, energy levels and overall well-being.

Your Comprehensive Diagnosis - Second Visit:

Once your blood work, medical assessment and hormone levels have been evaluated, if an imbalance is found, a customized restoration program (unique to your needs) will be designed to help you return to a level of optimum vitality and control the process of aging.

This program might include:

  1. Specifically formulated Bio-Identical Hormones to help replenish your lost hormones.
