Ice Bears to play last regular season games this weekend

The Knoxville Ice Bears are preparing for the last two games of the regular season on April 5 and April 6.

Ice Bears teammates Scott Cuthrell and Nick Dinicola stopped by the WATE 6 On Your Side studios to share more about what fans can expect.

First up, if there’s anything better than Ice Bears hockey, it has to be Ice Bears and Preds hockey – “Preds Night”  – how about them Nashville Predators joining the Ice Bears to bring all the mania of Smashville to the Civic Coliseum?

“Preds Night” is happening Friday, April 5 with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. and the puck drop is at 7:30 p.m.

On Saturday, it’s “Pucks & PJs Night” for the last regular season game. Game attendees can sport their favorite pajamas and fans who wear onesies to the game will get a voucher for a free small popcorn.

“Pucks & PJs Night” is happening Satruday, April 6 with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. and the puck drop is at 7:30 p.m.

It’s also Fan Appreciation Night, so fans should also be on the lookout for a special gift.

Games happen at the Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum, 500 Howard Baker Jr Dr. Knoxville, TN 37915.
