KNOXVILLE (WATE) – Many of you know our home at WATE 6 On Your Side is North Knoxville.
Our station is located in Greystone Manor at 1306 N. Broadway. As part of our mission to uplift not just our community, but our neighborhood, we’re having different food trucks out to our station. It’s a great way to spend a few dollars to help local businesses and get some delicious lunch.
Dinner Bell Fresh
Every 15th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Or the Friday before if the 15th falls on a weekend) Dinner Bell Fresh will serve lunch in the drive outside our station. hey accept both cash and card and we’ve been told the food is supposed to be very tasty.
Whitney Ross, the owner is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Culinary program who began his career as a 12-year-old shining shoes on a city street corner. His goal in starting Dinner Bell Fresh is to make healthy eating convenient and fun.Follow Dinner Bell Fresh on:
Holy Smokin’ BBQ
On the first of every month Holy Smokin’ BBQ will be at our studios (Or the Friday before if the first falls on a weekend). Our staff was not only blown away by their smoked meats, but by their bacon smoked macaroni and cheese.
