KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The holiday season is here and to help you keep track of all events taking place, WATE 6 On Your Side has created a list featuring events taking place in East Tennessee.

Dec. 2
The annual Karns Community Club Christmas Potluck Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. at the Karns Community Club Center at 7708 Oak Ridge Highway.
The 2nd Annual Powell Christmas Market will open on December 2nd and will run through December 4 on the campus of The Crown College located at 2307 West Beaver Creek Drive in Powell. On Thursday and Friday, it will be open from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturday it will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The City of Oak Ridge Recreation and Parks Department will hold its Annual Community Christmas Tree Lighting on Thursday, December 2, 2021, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Pavilion in A.K. Bissell Park.
Dec. 4
The Karns Christmas parade will take place at 9 a.m. Oak Ridge Highway will be closed to traffic from shortly before 9 a.m. until the parade concludes.
Sevierville’s 59th Annual Christmas Parade starts at 10 a.m. in downtown.
Blount County’s Christmas parade is at 11 am. The parade lineup will start at 9 am at Joule St. and Rankin Road in Alcoa.
Luttrell’s Christmas parade is at 12 pm. It will start and end at Luttrell Community Park.
Powell’s Christmas parade is at 5 pm.
Clinton’s Christmas parade is at 6 p.m. and will go through downtown Clinton.
Rocky Hill’s Christmas Festival starts at 3:30 in the Rocky Hill Center parking lot and the parade will start at 6 p.m.
Country Christmas at the Opry in Union County is a free show where the Union County Opry Band will perform country Christmas songs. The doors open at 5 pm, auditorium doors open at 6 pm and the show starts at 7 pm.
Dec. 5
Gibbs Ruritan Christmas Parade will take place at 2 p.m. at Gibbs High School.
Dec. 11
Louisville’s Hometown Christmas Parade will begin at 11 a.m. at Louisville Christian Church on New Topside Road. The parade will end at the Louisville Town Hall with refreshments.
Seymour Community Christmas Parade will start at 3 pm. It will begin at Valley Grove Church and end at Kroger.
Oak Ridge Chamber’s Christmas Parade will be on at 6 p.m. This year’s theme is “The 12 Days of Christmas.”
The Halls Christmas Parade will start at 6 p.m.
Dec. 12
Maynardville Christmas Parade will start at 2:30 p.m.
Dec. 18
The City of Rutledge Christmas Parade will be on at 1:00 pm.
