Kelli Smith’s Creamy Crockpot Mexican Chicken


Fire up the Crockpot’s it’s time for a new recipe! Here’s an easy one your family will enjoy! Kelli Smith shows us her Creamy Crockpot Mexican Chicken. Here’s what you need. 

2.5 lbs. Boneless chicken breast

2 Cans Black beans (Drained)

1 can Corn (drained) 

2 cups Salsa

1 (8 oz). cream cheese.


 Uncle Ben’s Spanish Rice Pouch

Shredded Cheese



Cut Chicken into cups and place in crockpot. Add corn, beans, and salsa and then place cream cheese on top. Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours. Serve on Tortillias or over rice or you can add the rice to the crockpot as another ingredient. Serve and Enjoy!!!
