Blackened Sea Bass


1 Tbsp premium clear tequila 1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 Tsp. cumin
1/4 Tsp. garlic powder
1/2 Tsp. salt
1/2 Tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1/2 Tsp. Cayanne Pepper powder
2 Australian Sea Bass Filets


Tequila Lime Crema
1/2 cup Crema Mexican Table Cream
1 lime, juiced
2 Tsp. premium silver tequila
1/2 Tsp. sugar
1⁄2 Tsp. salt
1⁄4 Tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Slaw Mix
1 cup shredded cabbage or Napa cabbage 1 tbs. lime juice
1 Tajin chili lime seasoning
1 Tsp crema table creme


Avo Gallo Topping
 1/2 diced red onion
1 bunch Cilantro. (3 leaves for topping)
1 Lime juiced
1 tbs Tajin chili lime seasoning
1 Avocado diced
2 Tsp. Cotija crumbled cheese (for topping)
