The Compassion Closet providing help for foster families

Living East Tennessee

The Compassion Closet provides a fast option for foster or adoptive families who need help at a moment’s notice. The clothing and equipment pantry provides everything from clothing, to diapers, car seats and much more.

The closet was started in 2013 by Melissa Cox, an adoptive mother and foster care family to help provide more of a support community for other families in the process of helping foster children in the East Tennessee area.

Donations are always welcome with a specific need for new underwear, diapers and socks.
