Sevierville Fire Department offers CPR, First Aid class

The Sevierville Fire Department is offering a CPR/AED, First Aid and Stop the Bleeding class next month.

The eight-hour class will be held on Saturday, February 16, at the Headquarters Station, 1162 Dolly Parton Parkway.

The fee is $22 per person, which includes all class materials and a certificate.

The classroom-based course will teach participants to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR to victims of all ages, use an AED, administer basic first aid and to control severe bleeding.

The class is open to the general public, providers and caregivers. To ensure a spot, you are asked to pay in advance by bringing a check to Fire Station 1, 122 Prince Street or by mail to 122 Prince Street, Sevierville, TN 37862.
