Attorney for ‘Jane Does’ responds to motion to dismiss UT Title IX lawsuit

KNOXVILLE (WATE) – The attorney for the eight “Jane Does” in the lawsuit claiming the University of Tennessee fosters a hostile sexual environment is responding to the university’s motion to dismiss the case.

The university filed a motion last week to throw out a majority of the suit, but the plaintiff’s attorney argues that sworn declarations of former UT administrators Tim Rogers and Jenny Wright ultimately shows the university has had an “official policy” of interference, especially by the athletics department, into sexual assault investigations involving male athletes.More online: University of Tennessee sexual assault
