TAMPA (WFLA) – Passengers stuck on a US Airways plane earlier this month, as a result of a maintenance issue, got a surprise performance of “Under The Boardwalk.”

Kari Mann is a flight attendant with US Airways. On January 7, one of her flights was delayed for maintenance after passengers had already boarded the plane. As passengers became restless, Mann discovered several folks on the plane were members of a barbershop quartet.

According to the video’s description, Mann asked the quarter if they’d sing – and what happened next put a smile on many of the faces of the passengers on the flight.
