(WFLA/NBC) – A shipment of more than 100 fake Super Bowl championship rings has been seized in Philadelphia by federal law enforcement.

The 108 rings were found in an express consignment parcel that arrived June 18th from Hong Kong, marked as “alloy rings.”

Customs and Border Protection officers noticed the poor craftsmanship and stored the rings while checking their authenticity with the NFL.

The league confirmed all the rings are fake.

There’s no word as to who was responsible for the shipment.
