Johnson City Firefighters help repair homes damaged by Hurricane Ida


JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — Johnson City Firefighters were called down south to New Orleans to lend a helping hand in repairing homes that were caught in the path of Hurricane Ida.

In a social media post, the Johnson City Firefighters Association said they were going to help fellow association members.

The post also asks for thoughts and prayers, as well as a safe return home for the volunteers.
