Walker was extradited from Baldwin County, Alabama, and booked into the Blount County Jail on Friday. He was arrested in Alabama on April 6 after investigators tied him to the disappearance of Dennis Allan Foltz, 70.

Foltz was reported missing on January 11 by his wife who lives in California. Deputies found several pieces of mail in the mailbox and his vehicle missing. They later learned the truck was sold in August 2017 and there had been several transactions on his credit cards since then.

Then earlier this month, Foltz’s remains were found buried on his property.

Walker is being held on $1.5 million bond pending a court hearing on April 30.
