The annual March for Life was held in the Knoxville Convention Center after event organizers and the Knoxville Police Department determined there were credible threats from counter protesters that would put pro-life supporters in danger.

The march started inside the Convention Center with singing, speakers, and prayer.

Local and state politicians were in attendance, including three candidates for governor: Diane Black, Bill Lee, and Randy Boyd.
