The Knoxville woman who was accused and charged in November for stealing a bear-hunting dog during a lawful bear hunt will next face a grand jury.
Her case has been bound over to the grand jury for the crime she stands accused.
Sandra Inman, who prosecutors say took the dog during an active, lawful black bear hunt in Blount County Nov. 2, was arrested and charged with theft, removal of the dog’s transmitting collar and violation of the state’s Hunter Protection Act.

Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) and the Blount County Sheriff’s Office investigated the alleged crime.
Inman’s next court date is Monday, April 1 in Blount County.
