Cocke County commissioner arrested on stalking charges

A Cocke County commissioner has been arrested and charged with two counts of stalking another county employee, according to Sheriff Armando Fontes.

The sheriff says Clayton “Skip” Ellison, who is also a county firefighter, has been charged with stalking Emergency Management Association Director Kevin Benton.

Ellison turned himself in after he was indicted and posted $1,000 bond.
