Local News

FARRAGUT, Tenn. (WATE) – Students at Farragut Intermediate School showed off their historical knowledge in a unique way on Wednesday.

The students took part in a “wax museum” activity, which involved researching people they are interested in, dressing up as them, and then preparing a speech about them.

Visitors to the “museum” can walk through, hit a button, and each student comes to life to recite their speech.

The event happens over three days and is open to the public again Thursday from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
