Fuel truck overturns at McGhee Tyson Airport

Emergency crews responded to an overturned truck at McGhee Tyson Airport in Alcoa on Friday morning.

Airport officials say a TAC Air fuel truck flipped over around 7:20 Friday morning resulting in a minor fuel leak. The driver of the truck was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Airport operations were not affected by the overturned truck.

TAC Air is an aviation services provider providing aircraft fueling, ground services and cargo handling at 14 locations across the country.
