A woman accused of shooting a man in Greene County last Friday morning was arraigned in Greene County Sessions Court Monday.
Lauren Satterfield, 20, was initially charged with attempted second-degree murder but saw the charge upgraded to attempted first-degree murder for allegedly pulling up in a car and shooting a man in the back in a residential parking lot on Oct. 19.
Upon Satterfield’s arrest, she had been hiding from police in her boyfriend’s apartment in a locked room. Satterfield’s boyfriend and another female were also arrested on the scene.
Satterfield was arraigned in court on Monday, Oct. 22 with the bond set at $300,001 and her hearing is to be held in the next few weeks.
