KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) – On Friday, Knox County leaders began meeting for some big-picture discussions about our area and its future.
Leaders from the Knox County Commission, Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs, Knox County Sheriff Tom Spangler, Knox County Schools Superintendent Bob Thomas and other held an hours-long meeting at Johnson University.
Their goal: Set some priorities for the next three years.
The “retreat” mainly consists of presentations and then leaders will use those presentations to come up with a vision for Knox County.
WATE 6 On Your Side will update with what that vision will consist of when it’s shared.
