UPDATE: (3:50 P.M.) – The Knox County Sheriff’s Office confirmed just before 4 p.m. that the owners of the two horses and the donkey that got loose near Martin Mill Pike have been located. KCSO extended a special thanks to Horse Haven, a nonprofit equine welfare organization, for keeping the animals safe while the owners were located.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The Knox County Sheriff’s Office Animal Control is seeking assistance locating the owners of three animals that got loose Wednesday morning.

Two horses and a donkey were spotted in the area of Martin Mill Pike and Stock Creek Road.
