KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Police have identified the victim of a fatal crash Wednesday afternoon on Interstate 640.

The victim has been identified as Justice Dickenson, 24, of Corryton, Tennessee.

According to Knoxville Police, Dickenson was traveling on I-640 E around 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 1 near Millertown Pike when he collided with the back of a box truck. He was the only person in the SUV and was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other serious injuries were reported. 

The crash remains under active investigation by Knoxville Police Department Crash Reconstruction investigators.
