KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) – MEDIC Regional Blood Center is asking for help. They need O- and O+ blood.
The summer is almost here and they’re already seeing a dip in donations because of people headed to vacation or preparing for the end of school.
MEDIC hopes to build their supply back up in order to keep up with demand and help save lives in our community.
If you have O- or O+ blood and would like to help out, you’re encouraged to stop by any of MEDIC’s blood centers or drives over the next week. They have locations in downtown Knoxville. Farragut, Crossville and Athens.
