National group searching for missing teen last seen in Knoxville

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is asking for the public’s help to find a missing teenager who could be in Knoxville.

17-year-old Averyanah Sligh was last seen on May 7, 2018, in Knoxville. Officials say she may still be in the area.

Averyanah is 5’6” with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about Averyanah is asked to call the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-843-5678.
