Puppy from Young-Williams to be featured in Puppy Bowl XV

Local News

A puppy from Young-Williams Animal Center will be one of 93 competing for the Most Valuable Puppy prize during this year’s Puppy Bowl XV airing February 3 on Animal Planet.

Molly Mae was found scared, cold, alone and lost in Knoxville. A good Samaritan brought her to Young-Williams where she was at first afraid of people but eventually became an adventure-seeking, hilarious and fun pup.

Molly Mae was only three months old during the filming and is now living the city life. A New York City Police Department officer and his fiance adopted her the same day as the filming.

Puppy Bowl XV airs the same day as the Super Bowl and pits two teams of fluffy, cuddly puppies against each other in a playful game. It airs on February 3 at 3 p.m. on Animal Planet.
