WATCH: Family on Sevier County vacation find black bear in car

GATLINBURG, Tenn. (WATE) — A Missouri family had quite the encounter over the weekend in Sevier County as a black bear decided to take their convertible for a test drive, of sorts.

“Mom, roll your window up!” a child with the family said as the bear walked around the interior of the car. The top was down at the time, giving the bear easy access.

The family, who were staying at a rented cabin in Sevier County, filmed the bear standing inside the convertible and taking a look around. Moments later, the bear jumped off the rear of the car and headed back to the woods.
